Elaina Jackson serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications for Concordia University Texas in Austin. She leads the Office of University Communications and oversees the university’s internal and external communications strategy and branding.

Elaina has 20 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, fund development, and strategic planning, leadership development, and communications consulting. In addition to her extensive communications work with nonprofit organizations, higher educational institutions, and government agencies, she serves as an adjunct professor for the graduate communications program at Jackson State University in Jackson, MS.

Elaina earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA, a Master of Science in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.  Elaina received an accreditation in Public Relations and an advanced graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership.
