Rebecca Baker
Rebecca Baker is the program coordinator for MDC's State of the South program, where she conducts research and provides vital organizational and programmatic support to advance community resources. A former MDC-Oak Emerging Leaders Fellow, she has a strong background in grant management, data evaluation, and research, having previously supported the Special Interest Programme at Oak Foundation and MDC's Rural Forward initiative. She holds a master's of public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her undergraduate studies in public policy, human rights, and environmental science at Duke University.
