I’m not planning on going, but if you’re aged 18-35, politically engaged, and not a Republican, this is a rare opportunity to meet national Democrats without leaving town. The folks in charge of our local YDA chapter seem to be really good people, and I wish them nothing but the best.
I’m trying to overlook the fact that they actually have a training session called “Southern Strategy” because I assume the folks who titled it don’t know the history of that phrase. That’s the main problem with groups that don’t include at least some older members–they tend to suffer from institutional amnesia.
