I came for lunch about 3-4 weeks ago and brought family from Germany. I was SO VERY disappointed in the taste of the food. In fact, I couldn’t even eat my burger. My sister had a similar complaint. When asked by the hostess or manager in charge (not sure who the lady was) how our food was, I told her it tasted awful and that I couldn’t eat it. She said she had heard similar complaints since they changed from frozen to fresh patties. She offered no compensation or a different menu option to me. Sad to say, but I probably won’t return for food. Maybe I’ll order a milkshake.
