College basketball, Southwestern at Millsaps (women, 6 p.m.; men, 8 p.m.): The Hangar swells with purple pride and passion again.

Saturday, Feb. 11
College basketball, UTEP at Southern Miss (4 p.m., Hattiesburg, 1180 AM/103.3 FM): You can see a pretty good team at Reed Green Colisuem. Of course, it’s not the Eagles. … Belhaven at Tougaloo (women, 5 p.m.; men, 7 p.m.): The Jackson rivals get together for another GCAC showdown.

College basketball, Trinity at Millsaps (men, noon; women, 2 p.m.): You’ve got time to hang around the Hangar for a few hours and get home in plenty of time to see “Desperate Housewives.”
