Under the president’s approved declaration, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will provide Individual Assistance to residents in the following counties: Franklin, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln and Wilkinson. Four of those counties will also qualify for FEMA’s Public Assistance program.
