Somehow omitted from these listings (which were sent in 2 weeks ago)…. DreamzJxn will be having a St. Paddy’s Day “DAY” Party. Before during and after the Parade. 426 Capital(one Block from the King Edward). Doors open at 1pm and admission is FREE all day. We’ve got Green Beer. Green Shots, and Green Margaritas At 7pm the ShamROCK Jam begins with 3 bands. Storage 24, American Automatic, and Bullet Well Spent So there ARE other events happening that aren’t in the Hal and Mals area or Fenians

Sarcasm noted. I note that we’ve had trouble getting Dreamz JXN events in the past in time to make the print edition (and the above piece was due two weeks before the issue published.) Which address did you submit to, Kaze? And make sure it’s on that day in http://www.jfpevents.com — you can always submit it yourself if it’s not. To all: all events info should be e-mailed to events@jacksonfreepress.com *and* music@jacksonfreepress.com if it’s also a music event. It must be in at least a week before publication to make the calendars, and to get into stories at least two weeks and the earlier the better. I advise following what several venues do, and send monthly listings several weeks in advance.

it was sent to the events email address. Latasha and I spoke and she was able to fix last weeks misses. And it was sent 2 weeks ago taking the st paddys rush into consideration. But perhaps we missed it. Thanks for the clarification. Just hate missing the this weekends listings. Latasha got us in 8 days though.

Eek, sorry, Scott Albert, Just fixed. Funny, though. ๐Ÿ˜‰
