If you’re in the mood to bob your head to some upbeat oldies while taking in a visual dancing spectacle, don’t miss New Stage Theatre’s “Smokey Joe’s Café.” The cast will perform highlights of 1950s and ’60s rock ‘n’ roll era, including Elvis tunes such as “Jailhouse Rock” and “Hound Dog.” A live band will create the musical backdrop, with Sherman Lee Dillon on guitar, Andrew Dillon on bass, Mike Hampton on saxophone and Bud Berthold on drums.
