Welcome aboard, Ward!

Woo hoo! Congrats Ward, you deserve it.

welcome!

Hat tip to Sam Hall for his comments about this post. I appreciate what he said, and will say this in return: We do this to get news and vital context out first and foremost, and believe that is the best business model. Times are tough, but we believe that’s what journalism has to be about. We are blessed to have a passionate, and growing, news team, and to have such a receptive reading public, who want the truth regardless of politics, which is what we strive to deliver day in and day out. Cheers, all.

In an era where the Ledge and other corporate media are laying off staff, you guys are adding on. Sweet!

It’s nice to see the JFP thriving. You are definitely a welcomed alternative.
