UPDATE: I received an email that the address to apply for grants is now the Hood Building (200 S. President St.) in suite 316, and an additional phone number you can call is 601-960-1491. Also, applicants must be seniors 62 and older or disabled. I am trying to reach them to find out how long the grants will be offered. I will get back to you on that.
