Last time, I mentioned that I was going to focus on one goal for a while so I wouldnāt fail miserably at all of them. Well, I decided to focus on the goal of spending some time outside for 15 minutes. I need the vitamin D and the serotonin, which should help boost my energy and my mood. Maybe if I stick to this goal for a couple of weeks, Iāll be motivated enough to start on another goal.
