It’s almost time for the holidays, which means it’s going to get a little bit colder outside. A super cute way to battle the cold without breaking the bank is to make your own fingerless gloves. It’s simple and fast. Go to your local store or rummage through your drawers for a plain pair of gloves. With a little time and a few adornments, you’ll have yourself a cute little fashion statement!

Materials
• Pair of gloves
• Lace
• Needle and thread
• Ribbon, buttons, other embellishments (optional)

Step 1. Take the gloves that you have purchased (or found) and cut the fingers off by cutting them right below the knuckle.

Step 2. Take some ribbon or another flourish you want to add, and sew it around the bottom of the glove.

Step 3. Don’t stop there! If you feel adventurous, accent your gloves with some old lace or a couple of buttons.
