Sunshine Sips will open on October 1 in Gulfport. The nonprofit A Latte Opportunities provides job training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and will start its first training group of 10 interns in Gulfport on September 8.

Sami, a native of Mobile, Alabama, and a recent graduate of Jones College, will enroll at The University of Southern Mississippi as a digital journalism major in fall 2025.
