Rosalyn R. LaPier is a professor of History at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. LaPier is an award winning Indigenous writer, environmental historian and ethnobotanist. She is the author of "Invisible Reality: Storytellers, Storytakers and the Supernatural World of the Blackfeet." LaPier is also an enrolled member of the Blackfeet tribe and Métis.
