Paul Morrow is a visiting assistant professor of Philosophy at the University of Dayton. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University. His book, "Unconscionable Crimes: How Norms Explain and Constrain Mass Atrocities" was published in 2020 by MIT Press.
