Jeremy Michalek is a professor of engineering and public policy, professor of mechanical engineering and professor of civil and environmental energy at Carnegie Mellon University. He teaches courses in entrepreneurship, mathematical optimization, design, and electric vehicles. His research has appeared in outlets such as The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and NPR and he has co-authored and presented policy briefs across federal and state governments.
