Jeff Bloodworth is a professor of history co-director of the School of Public Service & Global Affairs at Gannon University (Erie, PA). A political historian who works on the history of contemporary American liberalism and genocide studies, he has published widely on the travails of the liberal project, the history of humanitarian intervention, and the American foreign policy impulse abroad.
Bloodworth holds a Ph.D. in modern United States history from Ohio University’s Contemporary History Institute and a certificate in contemporary history from the University of Copenhagen.
