Eloise McClinton is the executive director of the Institute of Community Services, Inc. in Holly Springs, Mississippi, where she has led the organization’s Head Start program since 2008. ICS Head Start serves more than 2,700 children and families through 20 centers and 172 classrooms across 14 northern Mississippi counties. McClinton has more than two decades of experience in Head Start and community leadership and currently serves as president of the National Head Start Association.
