Angie Nga Le
Angie Nga Le is a postdoctoral associate in the New Jersey State Policy Lab at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, 33 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901; email: angie.le@rutgers.edu, le.angie@icloud.com. Her research focuses on the impact of government-funded programs on local governments’ behaviors and local public services. Le’s research includes intergovernmental fiscal policy, fiscal decentralization, public school finance, and energy subsidy policy. Le has been a researcher or managing officer for public and non-profit organizations for over ten years. She has received several awards, including Diverse’s 2022 Rising Graduate Scholars and the Akira Nakamura Award for Best Paper at the 2020 Asian Association for Public Administration Conference.
