Alex Schwartz is a professor of public and urban policy at the New School, a university in New York City. He is the author of Housing Policy in the United States (Routledge, 2021), now in its 4th edition. He is also co-author, with Rachel Meltzer, of Policy Analysis as Problem Solving (Routledge 2018).
