Mayor Harvey Johnson, Jr. will be hosting a community meeting in Ward 1 on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at Beth Israel located at 5315 Old Canton Road.
The meeting will provide constituents the opportunity to share suggestions, address concerns and receive information on services the city provides. The Mayor will share highlights regarding city events and activities. Representatives from city departments and divisions will provide updates and answer questions. The WIN Job Center and the City of Jackson’s Personnel Management Office will also have a representative available to discuss job opportunities.
