Election Officials Move 12 Polling Places Before Mississippi’s Nov. 4 Legislative Special Elections; Errors Remain in System
County election officials in Mississippi have moved 12 polling places and closed four since 2024, an MFP investigation finds. Voters in 18 counties are headed to the polls for Mississippi’s 10 legislative special elections on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Officials have moved 12 polling places, including three polling places in DeSoto County, one in Forrest County, five in Hinds County, one in Madison County and three in Tallahatchie County. You can browse through the polling place changes in the list below:
