In 2023, Michelle Williams co-founded the Mississippi league of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association, a nonprofit working to increase youth participation in mountain biking. The league has grown significantly since its founding, encompassing 10 teams from North Mississippi to the Gulf Coast.
