After a meeting, I decided to swing by the new Jackson Convention Complex and check out the new facility. Little did I know that I would be there for three hours and that it would be dark outside when I left. I enjoyed it just that much.

Nice pictures. Had I known you were there, I would’ve had you take my picture!

Great photos, LW. You did a good job of getting the scale and sense of some of the events, as well. Thanks!

Thanks, guys! It’s amazing what you can get a little Sony Cybershot to do. 🙂

GE, it was so many people there I ran into everyone but you. Even Sage. 😛

Now you know there had to be thousands of folk there if I missed you L.W. By the way, I heard that the attendance was well over 20,000. Hurray for THE SIPP and for JACKTOWN….we getting our George and Weezy on!!!!

20,000 people and I didn’t hear of any incidents of crime and violence or any arrests. 20K people in Jackson and no violence? That can’t be! Downtown Jackson is actually safe? Shut my mouth and slap me silly!

Hold still…POW! LOL
