Derek W. Black and Axton Crolley
Derek Black is a Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. His areas of expertise include education law and policy, constitutional law, civil rights, evidence and torts. Axton Crolley is a Constitutional Law Fellow at the University of South Carolina Constitutional Law Center. He is currently involved with multiple research projects on the legal history of Jim Crow, especially its impact on education.
