JACKSON/VERBATIM—The Jackson Police Department arrested Tyshun Robinson (17 yoa) for the charge of Murder in the death of Robert Earl McCoy. McCoy was found shot to death in the 2100 block of Thousand Oaks Drive on July 18, 2012. The motive in the shooting will not be disclosed at this time.
