JACKSON — Jackson Public Schools will hold a public hearing today, Tuesday, June 26, at 4 p.m., to discuss the 2012-2013 Jackson Public Schools’ budget. The meeting will be in the School Board Meeting Room at 621 South State St. in downtown Jackson. The board will adopt the budget immediately after the public hearing during a business meeting at 5:30 p.m. The Board also will also consider any matter properly coming before the Board, spokeswoman Peggy Hampton said in a Monday evening press statement.
