— The Jackson Police Department’s Vice & Narcotics Division announced today the results of a prostitution sting on June 22 and 23. “The operation was a success, and it showed a strong impact in the community,” JPD spokeswoman Colendula Green said in a statement.

JFP arrested the accused following men and women during the operation. Please note that they have not been tried or found guilty of these crimes.

  3. Secory Taylor, 27 yrs old – 1520 Ellis Ave. Pct 2 Ward 5 – Prostitution, P/S Marijuana
  4. Jorge Diaz, 27 yrs old – 1520 Ellis Ave. Pct 2 Ward 5 -Prostitution
  5. Derrick Williams, 42 yrs old – 1520 Ellis Ave. Pct 2 Ward 5 – Prostitution
  6. Sharon Washington, 35 yrs old – Marine Street Pct 3 Ward 3- Felony Warrant, VTO Arrest, Prostitution
  7. Benjamin Wright, 38 yrs old – MLK Drive Pct 3 Ward 3 VTO Arrest, Prostitution
  8. Jonathan Barber, 23 yrs old – MLK Drive Pct 3 Ward 3 – VTO Arrest, Prostitution
  9. Cedric Roy, 36 yrs old – 3107 Capitol St. Pct 2 Ward 5 – Sale of Cocaine, Warrant for Paraphernalia, Prostitution
  10. Angela Huff, 30 yrs old – Capitol /Lexington Street Oct 2 – Ward 5 Prostitution
