Jackson hosts diverse operas from two different continents Saturday, April 21.
First, the Adhiambo School (3424 Robinson St.) presents “N’Ye’Re’Bia,” a West African opera performance that includes music, drumming and dance. Saturday is your final chance to see the Mississippi Opera this season, when it performs Donizetti’s “The Elixir of Love.” This slapstick satire centers on our unending search for love.
