10 Years After Mississippians Rejected ‘Personhood,’ Federal ‘Life at ‘Conception’ Efforts Underway

When Magnolia State state residents rejected the Personhood Amendment ten years ago this week by a 58%-to-42% vote, they defied national expectations.
