Nader Dabit is a software engineer from Jackson, Miss., currently working as a Senior Developer Advocate at Amazon Web Services.
Nader has spent much of his career teaching software development both locally and internationally to companies like Amazon, Microsoft, American Express and Warner Brothers. He founded CodeSouth Labs, the first coding school in Jackson, in 2014 where he taught free classes for Mississippians looking to learn how to get into programming. He also founded the Jackson Area Web and App Developers meetup, a monthly group of local coders and aspiring developers that meets to socialize and teach each other coding.
He currently resides in Madison, Miss., with his wife and two children and is writing his third book, “Code to Cash – Lessons Learned from a Self Taught Developer Making $600K Remotely.”
