Reva Kindred, born and raised in Canton, Miss., is a stay-at-home mom with a passion for reading, writing and her home state. She holds a B.S. from Dillard University in New Orleans, La., and is a former infectious diseases vaccine researcher. Kindred currently resides in Humble, Texas with her husband, Kevin and son Ryan.
