MLICCI is a statewide policy advocacy organization working since 1998 to make child care affordable for moms, to make the safety net work for women and to promote gender equity in the state’s labor market. MLICCI works directly with single moms and with a wide range of partners through its Employment Equity for Single Moms (EESM) program and works directly with child-care centers throughout MS through its Child Care Leadership Team (CCLT).
