Jeffery D. Long is the professor of Religion & Asian Studies at Elizabethtown College. He is also the author of three books (two on Hinduism, one on Jainism) and over three dozen articles. Long is an expert on Asian religions, particularly South Asia (Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism) and a comparative theologian.
