Farah N. Jan is a political scientist and senior lecturer teaching in the International Relations Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She has previously taught at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, New Jersey. Her research focuses on interstate rivalries and alliances, the causes and consequences of nuclear proliferation, and the security politics of South Asia and the Middle East.
