Two candidates down…many more to go. Our “Soul Food Forums” at Wednesday Lunch at Peaches have been a rousing success. The candidates are getting grilled by concerned citizens and enjoying some good soul food. I must say again that this mayoral election is VERY important and its crucial that you get to hear what ALL the candidates have to say and what they stand for! (Regardless if you’re voting for them or not). We cannot have an uninformed voting public like in times past. PLEASE show up and ask questions, voice concerns, and be heard.

ROBERT AMOS, showed up last week and made a great showing. He’s got some great ideas and is a fresh face with a bright poltical future hear. Wish more of you could have heard him. Next Up!: Former chief and mayoral candidate ROBERT JOHNSON. Get ther early, get a seat, 11:30am-1:30pm. See ya there and pass the word along.

ok folks. I must emphasize again the importance of making sure you are informed on ALL your mayoral and city council candidates. This is your chance to get your issues addressed and see what each of these candidates stand for. EVEN IF YOU HAVE MADE YOUR CHOICE(WHICH YOU SHOULDNT HAVE BY NOW). You should still come out and hear what ideas others have that can help this city.. This week, Robert Johnson will be the guest speaker and as always..you get some of the best soul food in the world. 11:30am-1:30pm..Get there early seating is limited of course 🙂

This Week, RICK WHITLOW.. Again I stress, even if you have made your mayoral choice. don’t lock it in stone. Thats what some of us did last election..Hear what ALL the cnadidates have to say. A candidate may have an idea that will help YOUR candidate(if he wins)
